Basic Channel Partner
- Warm introduction only (email, call)
- Limited involvement as far as closing the deal
- Referral/finder’s fee a % of the contract price upon contract execution and payment
Enhanced Channel Partner
- Participation in calls/meetings
- High degree of involvement in closing of the sale and may take the lead on presenting/closing the sale
- More likely to be working on a joint project

- Unique compensation structure for approved Enhanced Channel partner
Big Benefits
Channel Partner Compensation Structure
- Compensation is based on the cumulative value of projects closed with Otter Energy
- Up to 1mW – compensation is 1% of gross price pretax
- 1mW to 2mW – compensation is 1.5% of gross price pretax
- 2mW to 3mW – compensation is 2% of gross price pretax
- Conditions on the above project are sold full margin – no discount. Discounted projects would reduce commission accordingly
