Tyler became captivated by renewable energies while completing a B.A at Simon Fraser University. This helped to direct a career path focused on renewables, and by 2009, Tyler started Otter Energy to service the Ontario, Canada marketplace.

Since 2009, Tyler has been focused on building a vertically integrated Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) firm. Our belief is that the only way to provide the highest level of quality is to build a team that can execute all aspects of the project. Within this framework, Otter will develop, design, engineer, construct, commission and provide ongoing Operation and Maintenance of these solar generators. That has been the vision behind creating the best solar firm in the Ontario Marketplace.
